Monalisa Basarab is a Romanian film and stage actress. She was born in Tulcea, on 23 April 1972. Since 2002 and up to now she is actress at the 'Constantin Tanase' Variety Theatre, the most representative genre theatre in Romania. Monalisa Basarab is a Romanian film and stage actress. She was born in Tulcea, on 23 April 1972. Since 2002 and up to now she is actress at the 'Constantin Tanase' Variety Theatre, the most representative genre theatre in Romania.
