Amani was born as Muhammed Aboobacker to Muslim scholars in Kerala. He enrolled the Al Maqar in 2011 and graduated two years later with a bachelor's degree, also called Amani, in Islamic Studies and earned his master's in Islamic studies and Theology in 2014 from the Jamia Markaz.
