Katarina was a circus performer from the age of three, a contortionist and aerial gymnast who worked with some of the greatest names in that field, including Ringling Brothers and even Cirque du Soleil. Sadly, her circus career came to a painful end on February 13, 2004. Sadly, her circus career came to a painful end on February 13, 2004. Surgeries and extensive physical therapy gave her back the use of her limbs, but she couldn't go back to performing with the circus.
