Prior to joining Media Res, Sarba served as Head of Creative for Documentaries at A24 where she was Co-Executive Producer on the Critic's Choice Award winning documentary VAL. She was also Executive Producer on season 2 of HOME for AppleTV+. Das was formerly Vice President/Head of Documentaries at Pilgrim Media Group, a Lionsgate Company, where she was Executive Producer on the Peabody Award winning series HIGH ON THE HOG for Netflix.
